Negev Paz  Avodot Bniya Ltd.  is a small, family run, Post Tensioning Contractor Company.  (PTT)

We have PT activity both in Israel and outside of it, especially in   Africa and eastern Europe.

Through the years "Negev Paz" has  gained a lot of experience installing different types of  Post Tensioning system in All types of applications such as bridge  girders( both precasted and casted in situ) concrete water tanks, commercial building slabs and viaducts.

Negev Paz PTT applys only ETAG  approved PT systems from Europe. All of the strands we supply are of the highest quality, manufactured under strict standards In accordance with EURO norm 101-38 and BS5896.

Being s small, family run company , "Negev Paz" is  able to focus all of our attention and management ability in one single project, giving our client – the main contractor or the PT designer a peace of mind.

Pt installation requires great deal of attention. There is no place for mistakes and the tolerance is very small. Therefore it is critical to supervise the installation at all time and make sure that the designers orders are performed accurately. Our company managers are always on site with the labors, working along them, enabling the PT installation to integrate with the site schedule and in the right priority. The PT system is always the last to be installed prior only to  casting concrete. At this critical stage there is no time for the main contractor to wait, our company managers are always there to make sure thing are done properly and quickly.

Negev Paz gained a lot of experience working aborad. We can give a complete service, including design by a world honored designers of PT system, supply of top quality PT system, site installation and supervision.

Post tensioned slabs have many advantages:
thinner slabs  reduce the total height and weight load of the building, enabling more floors to be built, or lower excavation works I building underground parking lot.
Post tensioned slabs are flat. With no down beams, enabling easier formwork installation, HVAC pipelines run easier.
Post tensioned slabs have less cracks than convention floors.
Less concrete, less rebar.
Larger spans between columns giving more interior design flexibility, especially in office building and parking lots where fewer columns means more parking spaces.
Time saving system – Slabs are stress only four days after casting, and formwork are removed immediately after, enabling more casting cycles, under tight time schedule.
